Smoking Ban Regulations Published

The smoking ban regulations have been published in Parliament.The guidance contains the Government’s regulations on what constitutes an enclosed public place as well as details on signage. 

The trade has campaigned long and hard for the publication of the regulations so licensees can begin to prepare properly for the July 1 start date.
