The multi award-winning Hidden Brewery in Dinton welcomes two new managers, Dan and Jess Pardoe, to its flagship pub The Bell Inn at Wylye. To celebrate, Dan and Jess, who between them have 25 years of experience, invited the surrounding community to a welcome party on Friday 30th November, where tasters of freshly roasted turkey with cranberry, pork with crackling and beef with Yorkshire puds were served with a pint of Hidden real ale or a glass of warming mulled wine.

Dan, front of house manager at The Bell Inn, comments: “It is an exciting and busy time to be joining The Hidden Brewery team and we are really looking forward to taking the reins at The Bell Inn. We wanted to hold a party so we could get to know everyone in the village and beyond, and thought it would be a great way to get people warmed up for Christmas celebrations. Jess, as head chef, has brought a new festive feel to the lunch and evening menus and it was great that so many people joined us for a taster and a drink of Hidden real ale.”

Dan and Jess have managed two other pubs – The Queen’s Arms in Bleadon and the Ring O’Bells in Compton Martin. They pride themselves on serving fresh, locally sourced, honest and tasty food, and creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Jess has worked as a chef for 10 years and has also worked in top hotels including Hotel De La Bere in Cheltenham and the Thistle Hotel and Hilton Hotel in Bristol.
