| The Wolf Brewery has been brewing award winning beers in the heart of Norfolk since 1996 and over the years has achieved an enviable local reputation for quality and service. A little over two years ago the brewery outgrew it’s long term home in Attleborough and moved a couple of miles to new, bigger premises in Besthorpe. All new brewing equipment increased the brew length to 24 barrels.
Since then, the extra capacity has proved necessary for the growing popularity of the brand as well as further expansion of bottled beer production. The latest investment sees the installation of a state of the art Moravek bottling plant. The new machinery provides both the product quality and high volumes necessary for expansion into UK and export markets. Capable of labelling, filling & packing up to 2000 bottle per hour, it is one of only two bottling machines of this standard in the UK. Full details can be seen on the attached sheets. Wolf Brewery is already providing bottling solutions for a number of local breweries who have found savings in time, energy and wages by outsourcing. Now that the new equipment is commissioned this service is available to all brewers. To provide potential trade customers with an opportunity to fully consider bottling options, the Wolf Brewery is holding an Open Day from 11.00am on Wednesday November 19th. A full bottling run is planned to demonstrate the machine’s capabilities and there will be a chance for an informal chat over a beer and a bite to eat. If you are a brewer who would like an invitation to this event please contact Duncan Ward on 01953 457775 or by email at duncan@wolfbrewery.com.
