Formerly called The Black Horse, The Tap has been completely gutted and refurbished back to it’s former Victorian glory.

It will be operated as a Free House with nine real ales, most of which will be Guest Beers from other brewers. It will permanently have Aspall Cyder and two German brewed beers on draught.

Brewery owner Steve Sims said “the pub will be managed by Clive and Sally Mann. They are experienced licensees who share our passion for real ale, and will provide excellent service”.

It will be a Traditional pub, no Gaming Machines, no Pool Table, no Juke Box but it will have Darts, Cribbage, Dominoes and Quiz nights etc.
