Cairngorm Brewery Award


The Highlands and Western Isles Branch of CAMRA have awarded Cairngorm Brewery’s “Black Gold” as their 2009 Beer of the Year. Out of 9 categories Black Gold received most votes overall, with Wildcat at 5.1% ABV, Cairngorms strong malty Scottish ale coming joint second. Black Gold at 4.4% ABV is a smooth full bodied Scottish Stout with a wonderful rich dark colour.
