Major pub companies are forcing up the price of beer faster than inflation, an MPs’ inquiry has warned.

The finding by the Commons Business and Enterprise Committee, chaired by Worcestershire MP Peter Luff (Con), is a blow to the pub industry, which had complained about unfair competition from supermarkets.
