Oysters call for a deckchair beside the briny in Galway Bay. Alternatively, reach for a glass of Porter or Stout accompanied by a wadge of brown sodabread, caressed by unsalted butter. The sodabread will act as a bridge between the salty creaminess of the oyster and the more complex, earthy creaminess of the beer.
