Pete Wishart alongside Strangers Bar head barman Will Conway

The Inveralmond Brewery’s Homecoming Beer was the guest ale in the Strangers Bar in the House of Commons last week. Each week certain ales from around the UK are selected as the “guest”.

Commenting on the beer being featured, The Inveralmond Brewery’s MD Fergus Clark said “Homecoming Beer has been very successful for us throughout 2009, and it was wonderful to hear that our MPs enjoyed the beer so much when it made a guest appearance in the Strangers Bar.”

Pete Wishart MP for Perth and North Perthshire said:
“It was great to get a taste of Perthshire in the House of Commons this week. Inveralmond’s Homecoming proved to be extremely popular and all the kegs were finished by Wednesday! Hopefully we’ll get other opportunities for Inveralmond to be enjoyed later in the Parliamentary term.”
