BFBi are hosting with support from Campden BRI a ‘Technical Trade Talks Day – Technical Trouble shooting in the Brewery’
The event is one in the series of events, specifically aimed at brewers, addressing their technical issues/questions. Alongside the seminars, presented by a range of speakers including Staff from Campden BRI.
Briefings include;
Contributing factors for beer flavour
Basic Analysis
Identification of key flavours and off- flavours
Tours of the Campden facilities include;
Pilot Maltings and Brewery
Sensory Analysis facilities
The event is free of charge to SIBA Brewers and will include refreshments and lunch.
Space is limited and reservation will be made on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Maximum of 2 attendees per brewery. Promotion for the day started at the SIBA Conference last week and a number of breweries have already registered to attend.
