Hallidays team members help to raise money for Seashell Trust
Two accountants from Hallidays Accountants LLP, helped to raise money for the Seashell Trust this Christmas by packing bags at Marks and Spencers in Handforth, Wilmslow.
Natalie Bryan and Liz Ridley, along with other Seashell Trust volunteers, kindly donated their time during the festive period to help busy shoppers with their bag packing. Liz, an audit and accounts junior,
said: ‘It felt good knowing that we were doing something for other
people over the Christmas period.’
The bag pack raised over £1,000 which will be used to support the Seashell Trust’s ongoing work with children, young people and adults in their specialist school, college and residential homes.
The Seashell Trust, Hallidays’ chosen charity for 2013, is based in Cheadle Hulme and operates a school, a college and a residential home for children, young people and adults with complex needs and disabilities including deafness, blindness and autism, combined with physical disabilities and profound learning difficulties.
