Satisfied customer issues second order
The installation of an 18-18-6 Huanyu filler bloc, for still water, sparkling water and carbonated soft drinks, proved to be such an instant success with the client, that the volumes created necessitated the requirement for a new film only shrinkwrapper to cope with the higher volumes being bottled.
Richard Portman and Mike Hill from Chinese Bottling Machinery Supplies commented on the latest order, ” We were of course delighted when we received our first order within such a short time of being appointed the UK and European agents for Huanyu equipment. Having visited their premises we were both very impressed with the build quality and engineering detail. When the first machine went in, filling still water, sparkling water and carbonated soft drinks in bottles ranging from 330ml to 1.5 ltr, we were delighted with the way the machine literally started up in a ‘plug and play’ scenario.
The installation and subsequent output caught our clients by surprise where the increase in volume, compared to what they were used to in the past, has resulted in a further order, this time for a film only shrinkwrapper that will be producing packs such as 500ml 6 x4, 500ml 3×4, 750 ml 3×4 and 1.5 litre 3×2.”
The CBMS supplied model WD 150A machine, will operate at 12 p.p.m, and supplied with an infeed conveyor, oven and cooling fan and pack conveyor.
Richard Portman continued, “The client has been very pleased with the outstanding value for money that the Huanyu equipment offers, even with the relative modest speeds the ROI will be very quick. Our clients evaluated the options of buying second hand larger equipment, but opted for the better value that Huanyu had to offer with built for purpose, new equipment backed up by their UK technical service and 12 month warranty.”
CBMS has just exhibited at the Siba exhibition in Sheffield, this is the first time that the equipment has been unveiled to a UK audience and the reaction has been very positive with many small breweries indicating interest in installing their own bottling facility, which with the pricing of equipment supplied by CBMS makes a cost viable alternative to sending the beer off-site for contract bottling.
