Ambro Systems Launch DENWEL DC Manual Carbonators
Responding to the needs of craft brewers, DENWEL has created the DC range of manual carbonators for throughputs from 40 bbl/hr (25 hl/hr) to 16,000bbl/hr (10,000 hl/hr) starting at just over £4,000.
CO2 is injected into the beverage through the DENWEL Injector, combining turbulent flow and increased pressure for optimal mass transfer rate from gas to liquid. Efficient dissolution of CO2 is achieved with only minimal pressure drop, no gas loss and a fully hygienic design without the need to use a static mixer or sinter candles.
The unit comes pre-tested and assembled on a compact frame to be rapidly put into operation. Proven components guarantee low maintenance and extended lifetime, as well as easy parts sourcing. The modular layout allows easy integration into the plant and efficient combination with other process units.

DENWEL’s global references include many of the world’s most famous brewers including Budvar, Staropramen, SAB Miller and Labatt. This unit utilizes the same CO2 saturation technology used in their fully automated plants, but simplifies the system for craft breweries.
There has already been a great deal of interest in this system due to the increase in bottling, kegging and also party kegging systems.
