Award winning and fast growing Suffolk craft lager producer Calvors have chosen to install a DENWEL DCS carbonator designed to run at 5,000l (50hl) per hour.
The new system will comprise a DCS carbonator, which works via the efficient Ventri method, together with a small control box for a single switch to open the CO2 valve and activate the pump. This replaces the common practice of carbonating in tank, which results in inefficient uptake of CO2 and increases the occupation time for the bright beer tank.
