Peter Austin
Ringwood today announced the passing of brewery founder, Peter Austin on 1st January.

Most importantly to us, Peter was one of the founding fathers of SIBA. Our Chairman, Keith Bott provided this message, “Peter was an inspiration to a generation of brewers including me. His belief in locally brewed beer, his passion and his bloody mindedness was without doubt fundamental in kicking off the micro brewing scene!
His love for great beer was passed on to so many of us trained by him or his acolytes!
We will all miss the Godfather of micro brewing!”
