Hunters Brewery to show on BBC 2's The Fixer
Hunters Brewery from sunny Devon recently took part in BBC2’s The Fixer with Alex Polizzi.
The show will air on September 1st 9pm BBC2 and gives a great insight into the ups and downs of running a brewery.
Paul Walker who started Hunters in 2008 has managed to produce some top award winning ales and has no problems selling to lots of happy customers but managing the finances and keeping cash flow going whilst expanding has been hard and his ambitions of installing automated bottling has been fraught with set backs.
