Lehui purchased Microdat's IP and assets
August 2014, Lehui purchase the full IP (intellectual property) and assets of Microdat UK.

Microdat are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of complete craft brewery solutions, with 25 years experience in the brewing industry. Microdat’s impressive product range includes full cask and kegging line from 15 to 1200 casks/kegs per hour and is suitable both one trip and typical stainless steel beer kegs. Microdat was the first to implement 3D modelling, and developed the world’s first thermal fluid wort boiling and hygienic peristaltic pumps. They already boasts an extensive list of famous customers, such as AB-InBev, Molson Coors, C&C, as well as a large number of small and medium sized craft breweries.
Following the acquisition of Microdat, Lehui moved the production of all kegging and cask equipment to its Nanjing factory in China. All of Lehui’s equipment is made of materials of the highest quality, and come with the necessary certificates and guarantees, in order the meet all local regulations. Lehui will continue to provide customers who purchase Microdat machines with the same UK technology and high-quality at a competitive price with a UK based after sales service team.
Lehui aim to build Microdat as one of the biggest kegging line manufacturers in the world supported by Lehui’s strong production ability.
Customer response to the accusation has been highly favourable and enquires are already flooding in from the UK and the US. Production has begun on a variety of Microdat kegging and cask machines with the first shipment of orders expected to arrive in the UK in before Christmas.
Lehui signed a cooperative agreement with Mr Stephen Midgley
Lehui have signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Mr. Stephen Midgley, the original founder of Microdat Limited, Mr David Midgley and their new company Brew Associates. Steve and David will help Lehui to understand the Microdat technologies and guide Lehui to produce high-quality products.
Steve and David will also become Lehui’s agent in the UK for all Lehui machines and sales of the Microdat products. They will continue to provide quality service and support for existing Microdat customers.
Following the purchase Lehui left a large number of Microdat’s spare parts in the UK to aid Brew Associates with the timely servicing of existing customers. Brew Associates will provide a full commissioning of all machines, aftersales suport and servicing as well as spare parts.
