Celt Experience, an ‘experimental and strange’ craft beer brewery, is doubling in size because of international demand.
Tom Newman hasn’t slept for two days when we meet at the Celt Experience Brewery outside Caerphilly in Wales. This isn’t because of the enormous growth of his craft beer business, which is doubling capacity next year as part of Newman’s £250,000 expansion plan.
