Does Size Matter?
Not according to CNG Engineering! The Pontefract based engineering firm has recently completed a reduction and conversion project at Lincolnshire based Batemans Craft Brewers.
The innovative project saw the conversion of two existing 90 Bbl. fermentation vessels into new hybrid 45 Bbl. vessels and the addition of 4 new super-efficient cooling panels to help with control and consistency.
Commenting on the project CNG’s Chartered Engineer, Kevin Reynolds says “Being asked to deliver a solution for a well-known brewer like Batemans was a real thrill for us at CNG. We have been able to show the quality of our work, innovative thinking with regards to thinking outside the box.” Mr. Reynolds goes on “We have provided Batemans with a quality conversion project that gives them the flexibility to convert back to 90 Bbl. with the switch of a button.”
