The ultimate curry beer sought
Brew-School in Bakewell in association with iCookIndian the specialist Indian Cookery School are seeking a brewing partner to develop the ultimate curry beer in 2016.
Brew-School is looking to build on the longstanding cultural association between British beer and Indian food. Currently, the “go to” drink in most Indian restaurants is the ubiquitous watery lager; a drink that most beer sommeliers will accept is poorly suited to hot spicy food. Amar Harrar from iCookIndian is on a mission to find and develop a beer that will compliment the rich complexity of authentic Indian food. Can you help?
