Maxim promotes food and beer
Increasingly small businesses are using social media to promote and entertain their customers. One such business is D’Acqua restaurant in Sunderland who is making short films which are then posted on youtube.
Maxim Brewery and its famous Double Maxim Brown ale has regularly featured as both an accompaniment and ingredient in many a fine dish but this is the first time a restaurateur has visited the Brewery to see how its made.
