Jarrow Brewery set to launch share issue
A SOUTH Tyneside brewery boss hopes to pull pounds alongside pints after launching a share issue.
Shares are being offered in the fast-growing Jarrow Brewery for the first time, with the company aiming to attract £750,000 of new investment in the move.
Launched in October 2002, the brewery will enter a new phase in its rapid expansion plans this month, as it starts producing 56,000 pints of real ale a week at a new brewing plant in Jarrow.
Plus, the brewery has ambitious plans for the development of the company after securing a beer distribution deal through the Carlsberg UK network.
