With a great deal of interest in Ambro Systems’ DENWEL carbonation systems at SIBA BeerX, we found that there was a need for a CO2 meter specifically designed for craft brewers. Most small brewers don’t have the need or resources for expensive inline instrumentation, so we chose to find a well-built but cost effective and simple solution.
George Wright Brewing Company chose 1-Cube’s GMA model which enables the brewer to find the CO2 level of their beer at any point in the process very quickly and without the need for costly lab equipment.
