Brewology work on award winning plant.
Brewology are proud to work with the team from C&C Group in Clonmel Ireland on the building and commissioning their new brew house. The same brew house that now produces Clonmel 1650 Irish
Lager, which won Gold at the International Brewing Awards 2015 in the best International Keg Lager
Competition earlier this month.
C&C turned to Brewology to write and commission the brew house automation. Brewology Managing
Director David Midgley says “the software for this project was developed to provide a consistent
brewing process allowing for the brewer to concentrate on beer quality thus producing a gold standard craft lager in their first year brewing.”
