Wadworth Launch 'Passport to Prizes' Scheme Ahead of National Cask Ale Week
In honour of this years’ National Cask Ale Week (September 24th – 4th October) Wadworth has launched a ‘Passport to Prizes’ scheme– inspiring ale lovers throughout the south and south west to visit multiple pubs across ‘Wadworthshire’ in return for prizes.
During Cask Ale Week customers can collect a ‘passport stamp’ for the first Wadworth pint they purchase in any of the 88 participating pubs, with prizes available for those who visit 3 or more.
“Cask Ale Week is not just about celebrating the exciting world of cask ale’’ says Wadworth Trade Marketing Manager Emma Cottam. ‘’It’s also about championing the great British pubs who serve it!’’
“With our ‘Passport to Prizes’ scheme we hope to encourage ale lovers to venture a little further afield than just their local, discovering the many fantastic pubs we have throughout our estate’’ continues Emma.
‘’We also hope people will experiment a little and enjoy some of the seasonal and more unusual ales brewed lovingly by our talented team of brewers.’’
A visit to 3 different Wadworth pubs during Cask Ale Week will see customers able to claim a free 6X t-shirt, 6 visits a 6X polo shirt; whilst customers who enjoy a pint in 12 or more participating establishments will receive a 5ltr mini cask of 6X*.
Among the choices on offer will be Wadworth’s specially brewed Rugby World Cup real ale, Dirty Rucker. This rich ruby English bitter is fruity on the palate with a malty sweetness and peppery finish. And with an abv of 3.9% it is drinkable and perfect for enjoying over the course of a match.
The offer is available on stamps collected on 24th September – 4th October inclusive (finishing at 11pm on Sunday 4th October). For more information visit ww.wadworth.co.uk
