General Certificate in Brewing
Bakewell based Brew-School’s new course in Practical Beer Brewing with Tim O’Rouke has proved so popular that the October course has already sold out with its unique focus of providing brewing students with hands on brewing experience along with the academic requirements to sit the Institute of Brewing & Distilling General Certificate in Brewing qualification.
On the 5 day course students will get to brew, understand brewing techniques and have insightful visits to local brewing institutions Thornbridge and Brampton Brewery, where they will get to see the Chesterfield based brewery malt mill in operation.
The course takes place in the picturesque Peak District town of Bakewell with a plethera of country pubs to explore. Due to popular demand this 5 day course will be running again from April 25th – 29th 2016. Bookings and further information are available through the Brew-School website.
