Milton Brewery

I founded Milton Brewery in Cambridge in 1999 and the associated pub operating company, Individual Pubs, in 2002. Before I became involved in brewing I had a brief stint as a freelance travel writer and my interests outside the brewing world include travel, cricket and rugby.

Ian Rydings

Leigh on Sea Brewery

Ian founded Leigh on Sea Brewery back in 2017. Ian’s background in beer involved drinking rather than brewing and he had a successful career in local government before taking early retirement and then deciding to take it easy by opening a Brewery!
