'Brovember' cash handover

Emma Taylor, landlady at the Bread and Bitter pub on Mapperley Top, Nottingham, representing real ale drinkers, Castle Rock Brewery, and her fellow licensees has visited Nottingham Trent University to hand over the Brovember proceeds to Becky Tolputt, a community fundraiser at The John van Geest Cancer Research Centre and its associate director, Professor Graham Pockley.
Over £3,500 was raised in November by the sale of Walrus, Castle Rock Brewery’s special warm and flavoursome Nottingham-style ale, and through events, raffles and a beer festival at pubs across Nottinghamshire.
