Job Title: Packaging Lead
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (Subject to experience)
Holidays: 30 days holiday (inc Bank Holidays)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Yearly profit sharing scheme

Full Circle Brewing Launched in late 2019, releasing our first beers in March 2020, We’ve gone from strength to strength, winning 7th best new brewery in the world by RateBeer.com in 2020 and best keg IPA by SIBA national competition with our flagship beer, Looper. We have a 4 vessel SSV brewhouse and a Microcan CP10 10 head counter pressure canning line. Our fermentation capacity is 600HL
We are looking for a Packaging Lead to join our team to help us meet the ever growing demand for our product in 2024. They will work with the Head Brewer and Lead brewer to manage packaging schedule, taking the lead in can, keg and cask filling.
Main Duties
• Working with Brewery team to monitor and manage conditioning of beer
• Work with brewery team to transfer beer to BBT
• CIP and preparation of BBT, Canning line and kegging manifold
• Carbonation of beer
• Daily CIP and cellar tank actions
• Packing beer into Can, Keg and Cask
• Perform designated QC and QA checks at various stages of the packaging process
• Manage and schedule contract packaging
• Manage the maintenance on brewery packaging equipment
• Working with chemicals and moving heavy items. Training given
• Working with Head brewer, owner and marketing department to make sure labels are to a correct standard and allergens are correctly labelled
• Work with Head Brewer to manage and plan packaging schedule
Additional Duties may include
• Attending beer events as a brand ambassador for Full Circle Brewing
Skills and experience required
• Previous experience packaging experience is essential
• Close attention to detail
• Follow all safety and security guidelines to properly safeguard employees and organisation assets
• Problem solving skills
• High level of hygiene within the work environment
• Enthusiastic and hardworking attitude
• Good record keeping and improving paperwork
• Able to work alone and use initiative
• Passion for craft beer and a desire to drive quality
• Legal right to work in UK
Desirable
• Full, clean UK driving license
• Forklift license (training can be provided)
