Senior Sales Leader
Introduction
The award winning, well established Acorn Brewery of Barnsley are looking for a well organised, enthusiastic individual to sell Acorn Products to existing customers, as well as generating new accounts. The bulk of the sales will be telephony based with the requirement to attend face to face visits, on an adhoc basis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Training of new sale team members
- Completing sales reports
- Management of a sale person and over sale KPIs
Outbound & inbound sales calls-
- Manage and grow sales with existing and new customer base. Including free of tie customers, wholesale and Pub Companies using our CRM tool Brewman. As well as answering inbound customers questions and order taking you will be required to upsell and act as gate keeper to inbound calls for management.
Outbound & Inbound Emails –
- You will be required to email customers from your account list in order to sell products and manage any debt management requirements. There will also be a requirement to manage the Brewery’s primary email inbox, dealing quickly and effectively with all enquiries.
Face to Face Field Sales
You will be required to visit new and existing customers to develop and grow sales.
Off Trade Customers
- You will be required to deal with off trade customers wishing to purchase product direct from the Brewery Shop and via the Website.
Skills and Experience
- Leadership skills
- Must be flexible and able to work on your own initiative
- Computer literate and familiar with all Microsoft Office products
- 2 years’ experience in the micro-brewery industry (Specifically cask ale)
- A very strong sales back ground
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The capability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Ability to liaise well with others
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail is key
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- Full Uk Driving License
