We are a family run brewery based in the Cotswolds where we have been brewing in the shadows of Sudeley Castle for over 30 years. We are a small team that has a real hands on approach & a quality first ethic.
We are now seeking a Brewer to join us who has a can-do attitude, has a love of cask ale and is ready to take on a new challenge. You will have great attention to detail, be well organised & happy to work collaboratively. We are a small team and we all pull together to produce great beer
Key Responsibilities:
- Involved with all aspects of the brewing process from wort production to packaging.
- Ensure the cleanliness, efficiency & functionality of brewhouse kit.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety.
- Take pride in the beers we produce & have a keen eye for detail.
- Promote a clean & organised working environment.
- Ensure all brewing records are maintained.
About You:
- Minimum 1 years brewing experience.
- A relevant brewing qualification is desirable.
- Forklift license desirable but not essential.
We offer a competitive starting salary of £28,500. Beer allowance, team discount, brewery socials, snazzy kitchen. Holidays are 28 days including back holiday with an extra day earned for every full year of service.
