Technical Brewer
We have a very exciting opportunity for technically trained brewer to join our team at Otter Brewery.
Established in 1990, Otter Brewery began brewing its beer from a farmhouse location in the heart of Devon’s Blackdown Hills. Since then, the whole family has been involved in developing our award-winning range of beers and our widely recognised Otter brand.
The role would be assisting our Head Brewer in all areas of production. The role involves maintaining our Quality Management System, carrying out quality control checks, ensuring the smooth running of the Brewhouse and covering for absentees. This would be a hands on role for someone with a passion for Brewing.
Ideally the candidate will have at least 1 years brewing experience and a strong understanding of the processes involved.
