Braybrooke Sales Executive

Braybrooke Beer Company founded in 2017 is a quality focussed, lager brewery based on a farm just outside the town of Market Harborough. Taking inspiration from the Franconian breweries of Bamberg we aim to make the best unfiltered, unpasteurised, properly lagered beer in the country.
Our bottles and kegs can be found in many of the UK’s best restaurants, hotels and pubs.
We recently completed the installation of an all new state of the art brew kit, alongside a taproom at the brewery.
We are also now the landlords of the Swan pub in Braybrooke village and have a sister distribution business, Biercraft, in London.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team as a sales person to shout about why everyone should be drinking quality lager.
Job Title:
Sales Executive, nationwide with east Midlands focus.
Location:
WFH with the ability to get to the brewery easily.
The role:
Full-time Account Management and Business Development to achieve annual revenue / margin and new business targets.
Manage and develop a list of existing Braybrooke customers to achieve full potential Responsible for identifying and targeting significant new customers (high profile or high revenue / margin accounts) with a focus on the premium on-trade and independent off-trade Work with the current team to help elevate the company profile and reputation
Reporting into the Sales Director and working with the team to achieve sales targets
Skills and Experience:
Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
A desire and drive to achieve sales targets
Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
A working knowledge of beer with an interest to learn necessary
A good knowledge of and an excitement and passion in the restaurant trade
Good organisational skills, the ability to deal with administrative tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Ability to balance working independently and as part of a team
Positive outlook and excellent communication skills that reflect the company’s core values Proficient in Excel and good all-round IT skills
Attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a commitment to top quality customer service
Key Performance Indicators:
Sales performance vs. revenue / gross profit target
New business developments vs. budget
Progress against agreed personal objectives
Remuneration:
Base salary £28k to £33k
Plus quarterly bonus payments linked to account turnover and margin targets which we expect to be in the region of an additional £10k per annum
25 days holiday per year
