My wife and I started the brewery nearly 20 years ago but we are now looking to semi retire. We are offering to sell or sublease all the brewing assets in the business whilst we focus on training and consulting. It's a fully working 5 bbl microbrewery with the capability to produce up to 15 bbls per week in cask , keg or bottled beer. The site is located in a lovely rural location based in Staffordshire with great access to the A38. The sale or lease includes all the brewing plant, packaging equipement (incuding a Moravek CW250 filler/Carbonator), coldroom and all the usual infrastructure to run a brewery.
