Assistant Brewer
Wilde Child Brewing was established in a Leeds Garage in 2016 with the aim of producing beers that provoke you into thinking about what you’re drinking and take you on a journey based around extreme flavour. Fast forward just over 7 years and we’re now dealing with 2 Supermarkets and some of the best pubs, bars & wholesalers throughout the Country.
We have a portfolio of over 200 beers that we produce on a rotational basis over the course of the year and we do all our own packaging (cask, keg and can) in-house.
We’re currently recruiting for an enthusiastic team player, who excels at multi-tasking and has OCD when it comes to cleaning, to join us as Assistant Brewer and help our existing Brewhouse team produce and package our lovely products. This is a fantastic opportunity for a budding homebrewer or a Heriot-Watt graduate to join us in an entry level position and learn the ropes of an incredibly busy Brewery – whilst learning all aspects of the Brewhouse operations.
