Brewer
Brewer – Little Critters Brewery
We are seeking an experienced Brewer to join our team and get involved in all aspects of working in a small independent brewery. IBD qualifications, or willingness to work towards them, are preferred as part of our commitment to professional brewing standards.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full brewing process from raw ingredients through to finished product

Maintain quality control standards and ensure batch consistency

Monitor fermentation and conditioning processes

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety are maintained

Carry out cask racking, storage, and preparation of orders

Enter production and packaging data into our Breww production management system

Carry out occasional deliveries when required
Essential Requirements

Proven commercial brewing experience (2+ years)

Strong understanding of brewing processes, equipment, and quality control

Availability for early daily starts to oversee mash-ins and occasional deliveries

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Full, clean driving licence (required for occasional delivery runs, typically 2–3 days per month)

Comfortable in a physically demanding, hands-on role

Occasional cash handling during deliveries

Forklift experience
This role involves working closely with a small brewing team and requires a proactive, hands-on approach. Applicants must have experience working in a commercial brewery environment.
