Brewery Sales Consultant
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Goffs Brewery, a forward looking independent brewery based in the Cotswolds. We have recently increased our brewing capacity and as such are looking for a fantastic sales professional to join the team at this exciting time to help drive the business forward.
You will be working as part of a passionate team who are dedicated to working together on the promoting, selling and delivery of the award winning beer that we produce. Quality, consistency and excellent customer service are at the forefront of all that we do.
We’re looking for someone that has previous sales experience, preferably within the craft beer industry, who is motivated by sales targets and a drive for growth. The role will be office & field based with the expectation of telesales Monday & Tuesday & with field visits Wednesday to Friday.
As part of the sales team you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in our local delivery region & further afield. If you are self motivated, and have integrity and a strong work ethic then this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the designated region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide excellent service.
- Utilise your industry knowledge to identify and capitalise on market trends, staying ahead of competitors.
- Represent Goffs Brewery at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, with a background in the brewing or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to travel within the sales region and a valid driver’s license.
- A passion for craft beer and a commitment to promoting the Goffs Brewery brand.
