Customer Account Manager at Arbor, Bristol
Arbor have been at the heart of the Bristol beer scene since 2007 and have gained a reputation for excellence & consistency across a wide portfolio of beers. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are now looking to recruit a customer-facing Account Manager to join our sales team.
If you have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the drinks industry, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be a confident and friendly people person, ideally with a passion for craft beer.
About you:
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Great communication skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Full UK driving license.
- Located in or around the Bristol area.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the rest of the sales and marketing team to ensure that monthly sales targets are met and are in line with the company’s sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key account decision makers.
- Seek out new opportunities, locally and nationally within the on-trade and off-trade.
- Ensure all customer records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team.
- Organise and participate in regular tap takeovers, festivals, brewery collaborations and on-site events at the brewery.
Your package will depend on experience, but for the right candidate, it will be in the region of £40k (plus use of a company vehicle).
