Lead Brewer
At Manchester Union Brewery we are extremely excited to be growing our team by seeking a lead brewer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing brewery working in an extremely flat management structure, so potential for growth, as the brewery grows, are limited only by the successful candidate’s ambition.
The successful candidate will be working with the head brewer to produce our flagship lagers, to an increasing production volume, whilst getting involved with our specials and limited release projects.
A love of lager is a must and previous experience of commercial brewing is essential. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a desire to grow with our company and be prepared to get involved with other aspects of the brewery to make a difference.
We have a clear and ambitious path to growth and we are seeking an individual who is hungry to get involved and become an extra driving force of that growth. In return we would offer a good salary with performance related yearly salary reviews.
