Lead Brewer for Tatton Brewery
Tatton Brewery is the northern heart of the Wantsum Brewery Group, founded in 2009, and winning multiple national and regional awards from it’s three regional breweries. We operate a modern 30HL American brew kit brewing a wide range of core and special ales to suit all tastes. We are seeking an experienced brewer to take over the day to day control of the whole brewing process, so the list of responsibilities wouldn’t fit an advert!, but include all aspects of brewing, packaging, stock control, cleaning regimes etc etc. Key skills required will be: Commercial small brewery experience (at least 3 years) and preferably with a qualification (Level 4 or IDB) A good understanding of Breww or similar management systems Physically fit (easily able to lift 25kg) Full driving licence (preferably clean) Ideally a forklift certificate And finally but most importantly a good knowledge of brewery equipment, maintenance and health and safety.
