Production Brewer
New Bristol Brewery, located in the heart of Bristol City Centre, is seeking a Production Brewer to join our talented brew team as we continue to expand our operations in UK and Europe. This is your chance to join one of the South-Wests fastest growing and creative breweries – we have increased capacity 4 fold in the last 2 years and demand continues to grow with our popular core range, sours, indulgent Stouts, NEIPAs & Pales.
START DATE: 1st June
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE: Passionate about Craft Beer Minimum 2 years’ experience as a brewer within a hands-on Production Brewery A strong ability to work collaboratively – we are a small and high performing team with a culture of collaboration. Sometimes to achieve our goals you will need to work across the business in other areas outside your core role. Energetic self-starter with an outgoing, engaging positive “can do” attitude. Confident communicator with an outgoing personality. Clear demonstrable experience of brewing & process improvement. Well versed and knowledgeable on key trends from the UK and other international markets. Motivated and respectful of others. A positive and friendly attitude with a great customer service mentality and an infectious passion for Beer Forklift license preferred but not essential. WHAT WE’RE OFFERING:
